Boa noite!

Sou novata na programação e estou com o seguinte erro na aplicação ao chamar um jframe

Já debugou pra ver se esse listaAluno, da linha 38 do print, está sendo povoada corretamente?

Tente adicionar essa propriedade no seu código de conexão:

props.put("characterEncoding", "UTF-8")

Você precisa usar getNString()? O getString() não funciona?
