Meu eclipse não roda

Bom dia!
Quando clico no icone do eclipse este não roda e manda checar o Log File. Este Log File tem a seguinte mensagem:

Lembro a voces que tenho o J2ee e o J2se instalados na maquina.

Jujo, estou usando o Windows 2000 Server. Por favor, me diga quais são as variaveis que devo adicionar. Sou novato em java e estou tendo dificuldades. Em um outro computador com XP Professional, não precisei acrescentar variavel nenhuma e rodou normalmente, não sei se ha diferenças para o 2000 Server.

Mas se mesmo assim ainda continuar com problema poste novamente com as configurações das variáveis!
