GoogleMap não mostra as ruas e fica cinza

Estou com o seguinte problema, fiz, tanto este exemplo simples, tanto como outro exemplo, que estou tentando implementar além do Mapa ficar travando isso testado no meu celular, e no programa Nox aonde geralmente Debugo minhas aplicações, eu não consigo visualizar nunca o Mapa de perto e nem as ruas da cidade, alguém já passou por isso? lembrando não é problema de não aparecer nunca, a API Key já está colocada no programa, é somente quando tento ver as coisas de mais de perto, que isso acontece, fica tudo cinza.
