Performance enhancements:
Significant performance enhancements have been made in the Platform user interface in this release. In particular, some applications that were experiencing slow editor opening, closing, and switching are now much faster. Editor selection changes and the Open Resource dialog have also been made faster. A number of leaks have been addressed to ensure long-running applications don’t run out of memory.

To usando no Ubuntu em casa e Fedora no trabalho.
Parece realmente mais estável.
O Juno tava com uns bugs medonhos no fedora =/ na sua maioria na GUI.

Não era só no fedora. Em qualquer sistema ele tava complicado.
Essa versão ficou muito boa, muito mais estável que o Juno!

Espero que esteja o suficientemente bom para voltar a usar o Ubuntu, mesmo no Win, o NetBeans 7.3 está mais tranquilex…

positivas: suporte nativo ao Maven(finalmente) e ao Git.
negativas: sem suporte nativo ao SVN(ainda?) e ao WindowBuilder ou outra GUI
