Sou novo por aqui, prazer! 
Estou começando a aprender a linguagem PHP & MySQL e estou lendo o livro Use a Cabeça PHP & MySQL e estou com dificuldades no capitulo 11, onde tenho que gerar uma imagem em php e enviar para o navegador através de um cabeçalho. O erro está ao executar o código abaixo o meu navegador fica todo preto e não aparece imagem nenhuma.
